Open Death on TV !

The public television station RTHK’s programme ‘Questioning the God of Death’ has covered the works of the lab on design and dying and living. The programme is one of the very first in Hong Kong to investigate people’s perspectives and action towards death. In this episode ‘Are you well-prepared?’ the show tried to understand how the lab bring design practice to the taboo subject of death, it also investigated how we can codesign new ideas to bridge between older and younger generations. The show also went into details of a real case: our 1st ‘Death Jewellery Collection’ which is about a pair of sister who designing the death diamond jewellery for each other with Katie Wong, our graduate trainee from Jewellery Design.
